And maybe that’s what you want but if she can’t pay you and you’re trying to sue for money then….The other issue is general value. Sounds like you live with them. Do they charge rent? If not, then you’re getting value every month in not paying rent. Do you eat their food? Value. Do you use their utilities? Value. Do you have access to their cars or getting a ride from them? And so on. If you do sue for this, whether you’re successful or not, you’re going to nuke your relationship with your parents. If they stop providing for you, you will lose many thousands of dollars worth of support anyway.
