I just hit 32 years of being single. Some days it can get really bad, some days I forgot about it because of IRL responsibilities or finding something fun to spend my time with. I don't ever plan to do suicide but how to I keep motivation to live my life? The older I get the harder it gets. I tried the whole self-improvement trend years ago but I'm back to square one. Self-improvement only works if you succeed in getting yourself a life.
