I achieved a pretty good physique and it has led to more attention. but i notice i get more attention from people i dont want. like sleazy women with kids or rocky marriages, or gay men that pretend they want to be friends. i dont really mind people that are socially aware enough to just look but every now and then i encounter an obvious red flag with no impulse control and it makes me feel really uncomfortable. i dont care for hooking up at all, just a relationship. im not sure how to deal with this kind of attention at all. i still like the feeling of being bigger and will continue working out

side note, i kinda understand what women mean now when they say they dress up for themselves not to be hit on

The only thing you can really do is be firm with those people. Don’t give them an inch, they’ll take a mile kind of shit. Being icy/rude feels bad desu, but it’s usually effective too. Just be careful around people who seem crazy, no one likes a scene
