How frequently can I take alprazolam without developing physical dependence and avoiding serious irreversible damage to my body if I stick to a low dose of 0.25mg?

Dunno. The elderly lady I take care of takes that much and definitely has a dependence but she's ancient that dose may not effect you like that.

I have had extended periods of getting drunk twice a week and alcholism runs in my family and I was able to not become an alcoholic.

I would say its probably about the same with xanax. Twice a week. Take an extended break here and there. It will probably be fine.

Never take more than 4mg a day. To avoid developing tolerance or dependence, simply don't use it every day for several weeks.
I’ve taken 28mg of alprazolam, 150mg of diazepam, over 60mg of bromazepam, and 70mg of zolpidem without feeling any relaxing effect because my tolerance is high. I’ll need to go at least six months without taking any benzodiazepines for them to have a relaxing effect on me again.

What's your story?

Kek so people like this are the reason street benzos are scarce

Benzos cause compulsive redosing even if heavy users won’t admit that’s why their tolerance got gigafukt

Doesn't matter. Any kind of regular use will cause a dependency. Then you up your dosage and frequency, and before oyu can think you are doing the Fent lean.
Americans got so cooked by marketing that they seem to not realize this is one of the most hardcore drugs ever created, up there with Heroin, and therefore strictly limited to terminal patients in actual countries.

Even if I space out the frequency enough for it to be completely eliminated from my system and wait 1 or 2 days before the next dose?

>Benzos cause compulsive redosing
Aren't there any precautions you can take to prevent this?
