How frequently can I take alprazolam without developing physical dependence and avoiding serious irreversible damage to my body if I stick to a low dose of 0.25mg?

I have had extended periods of getting drunk twice a week and alcholism runs in my family and I was able to not become an alcoholic. I would say its probably about the same with xanax. Twice a week. Take an extended break here and there. It will probably be fine.

Americans got so cooked by marketing that they seem to not realize this is one of the most hardcore drugs ever created, up there with Heroin, and therefore strictly limited to terminal patients in actual countries.
