Though in general you should try to reduce your consumption of short form scrolling content anyways, even aside from he porn addiction.As for porn, I've never managed to quit outright, but went for longer periods without it, currently pushing two weeks and my max was almost a year before relapsing.You need some willpower but once you break through the first few days/weeks it'll get easier. Make a list of the days on which you managed to go without it, it's more motivating that way, at least to me. Also know your "triggers", for example I know there are a few video games that, even though they don't have much sexual about them, will still make me turbo horny. So I just avoid playing them.Other than that just look into advice for quitting other addictions like smoking or drinking, I'm sure many basic concepts will apply. Good luck
