My friend has taken over the freindgroup I've spent years with and has left me out of hangouts for months now, it all started when I went on vacation and he decided that he wanted to take over the friend group I've spent years reforming and shaping, he's left me in the dark for all of this but I stalked him online and found out that he's been going on hangouts and doing stuff without me, and advice on how I should proceed? I'm a very private person and I don't appreciate him doing this as I've invited him with open arms in this group that has survived alot of ups and downs
>>34777019>take over the friend groupYou don't understand how friends work, do you.
>>34777019is this an online friends group like on discord?if your other friends bailed on you too, they don't seem like friends to me. do you have some baggage they'd be talking behind your back about?
>>34777081No he deadass threw me out of the group I've lead for atleast 2-3 years now (I've seen him do this with other projects I've worked on.woth him, like a coding project we worked on)>>34777090Seems like the others are just playing along, I have a guy that I can trust, we go way back, he just decided one day that he doesn't like me in my own group (also this is like an irl group my friends online never bail on me)
>>34777114>group I've leadSo it wasn't a friend group, gotcha.
>>34777019Sounds like your group has found what they consider to be a superior leader. Not much harm done- I don’t like having a group of followers to boss around because bossing people around is work and I don’t do that on principle.
>>34777114idk man i'd just move on. these individuals don't seem to value you. they're low effort friends at best. any relationship takes some energy and there's tons of freeloaders out there that take that for granted. if they're not even gonna give you a calorie don't serve them.its not like you're going to be able to boot out the new leader since they've all moved on without you.move on. become a better person and dont let them bring you down a notch. they're either cunts or not thinking about you at all. harsh reality, but like i said, low effort friends. they were probably taking for granted that you put in the effort when you lead even before the newfag.in a way, they've done you a favor by showing you their true colors. now you can move on and be rid of them.
>>34777019You are supposed to plant a meth lab in his domicile while he is out, and then tip the DEA off and watch as he goes to jail. You then swoop in and reclaim your fascistic idea friendship lmao
>>34777191not OP but its immensly difficult to find a new friend group, iv been trying for years and i always come back to the same toxic cesspit only because its the only place where im even mildly seen or remembered
>>34778960i just do individual friends and not friend groups unless it's a group with a vested interest for gaming or a club etci wouldn't worm my way back into a group though if i've put in the effort and they'd move on in a drop of a hat though. what's that say about you?im anti emotional vampirism. ive been around enough people to not want to donate my time to freeloaders
>>34778960Form your own. As >>34778974 said, do individual friends. Then once you have enough of those throw a party and invite them all. The ones who show up will think your cool for knowing so many people from different groups and will forma bonds with them too. Then you have your own group and connections to other groups.
>>34777114>No he deadass threw me outI'd throw you out too.
>>34777019You need back up friend groups bro
>>34782936is it necro saturday?
>>34777019do nothing. why cant he hsvr friends?
so ur mad because ur friend is friends with your friends? is he not allowed to be friends with ur friends?
>>34777191I know that feeling Anon, but the only thing you can do is move on. relationships are always a two-way street
