Whenever I see a busty girl I'm hit by a wave of depression but if I do interact with one I just freeze and I'm unable to have a natural conversation. I become very serious and tense, like there's something off about me

I had that too. Time and exposure solved this. Repeated failures taught me that I shouldn't fake to want girls and just have human experiences, and strike if I think something might happen and not make a big deal out of it if nothing happens.
