I'm tired all time. I get enough sleep but I'm still tired. I did a general checkup and had a bloodtest and they say I'm normal. But I don't have energy for anything every day.How do you fix this?
>>34781754Contrary to what you might think, energy isn't something you "have", or something other people seem to "have", there is only nutrition and slow twitch muscle. Eat properly, and exercise more to build more slow twitch muscle, then with the same diet you will be able to do more than before. I recommend running or some other kind of cardio like the stair machine
>>34781754This is true. For example I spent most of my late teens and 20s pining over my oneitis because I BELIEVED and HOPED we belonged together.

maybe it's something psychological, do you find your life routines to be boring or dreary in general? if so it's normal to not be energized to face the usual duldrum
>>34781761Yeah hope just makes you suffer more lol
I used to be like youStrangely enough, it got better when I got children, which makes no sense as I sleep a lot lessBut I now eat a lot less slop, always have stuff planned for the weekends, and feel like I have a more fulfilling life
>>34781754>How do you fix this? You might have a breathing issue. The other possibility is that you aren't a morning person. You wake up groggy. What used to happen is that you'd have to get up, get out, get to work, and your brain would eventually kick in. But instead of letting your brain kick in, you sit glued to a phone all day and prevent your brain from ever really waking up.
