Does anyone else have this feeling like it doesn't feel worthwhile making an effort?I mean, I know if I exercised I'd look and feel better about myself, for instance. But that's not drawing me because... I suppose it doesn't feel like I'll gain much from achieving that. Although it is something that's motivated me in the past.Likewise anything else that's given me motivation in the past seems to be failing to do so these days.What's the point? It's just... there seems to be nothing I want badly enough to do anything about it. So I'm not depressed like I've got no hope, but I have no hope for anything better, so I guess I'll just keep chugging along, not miserable but not really happy either.
