How do I go up to a woman who looks like picrel and be good enough at talking to her to get her interest? I'm a 25-year-old virgin and am terrible at talking to anybody, not just women. I don't want to become a wizard. So far I've lost about 40 pounds because I've been fat for the majority of my life. Before you say it, I'm not losing weight just to fuck women, I'm doing it for myself which, obviously, includes having a relationship/sex. To summarize, I just want to meet a sexy woman with big tits and a big ass and not be an awkward turbovirgin around them. Any help is appreciated.
>>34781938Get more lean. Don't just lose fat, put on muscles.
>>34781938rate yourself out of 10. how's the cover of your book look?details please. beard, hairline, overall height and weight, and dress
>>34781971When I saw this woman in the video, I actually got up and lifted the weights I have (that I've ignored for a long time). I also have a muscle-building course that I bought a few years ago that I can use, so I'll do that, too. Unfortunately no matter how good I make my body look, it won't address how shit I am at talking to people. How do I fix that part?
>>34781938Cold approach is a myth that just does not happen in real life. Want to meet a pretty girl? Meet lots of people of all genders. Some among them will be pretty girls or introduce you to pretty girls. It is much much MUCH easier to approach a girl if you already know each other
>>34781975I'm definitely a 1/10 right now. Beard is barely there (I have low T so this might be fixable). Hairline is good, I have a thick head of hair that's medium length and curly. Height isn't ideal at 5'7" and weight is currently 233 lbs. I have a shit sense of clothing but it's something that's getting better as I lose more weight, since I'm starting to feel slightly better about better-fitting clothes. When I was at my biggest, I just wore loose clothing because I was insecure. I believe there is hope for me but there is a lot of work to be done to get there.
>>34781985Getting your body good is step 1. This will build confidence.Next is harder. You will have to use that confidence to talk with people and have experiences.>>34781999Lifting will fix your T.
>>34781999there's your first line of issue. start eating better. cut out sugar, highfructose, seed oil, reprocessed food. if you're american, assume 80% on store shelves is pig feed. focus on meat and vegetables. if you're broke, dry beans and rice. what worked for me is if i made all my food and made it boring i ate a lot less (get rid of easy grab food like midnight snacks). boring food lasted for a couple months before i had to season them but it helped reset my stomach and i was eating a lot less after that.how old are you?5'7" gonna handicap you a bit. what country you from? might have better luck with goblin crop.
>>34781938A girl like that? Start by offering her alcohol. She looks like she likes to party, so be the party guy. She probably doesn’t want to have a conversation or be woooed. She wants to be complimented and have fun. I honestly don’t have much advice for being the fun guy, I’m a boring guy and don’t want to woo a party girl
>>34781938Honestly if you treat them like a normal person it works wonders
>>34782018I've been putting off exercise for a long time, so I'll get my shit together and start today. Already lifted weights earlier so will keep it going.>>34782029I eat twice a day to keep myself in a calorie deficit to lose fat. 30g of oatmeal with protein powder every morning and then usually meat/veg/small amount of rice or potatoes for dinner. I'm 25, from Ireland. There's lots of men here around my height and taller, very few who are shorter though. I'd say I'm on the lower side of average height here which isn't ideal, but there's nothing I can do about that other than fix my posture.
5'7" and 233 isn't good mate. that's obese and leprechaun territory. lose weight as fast as you can cause it'll take 6 months for your skin flabs to recover.if you can take a picture of yourself and dot out your face and share with us or others to give you a second opinion on your appearance down the line. That'll help more than you think because there's always shit we think looks good in our head that doesn't.i don't know your prior history of finding a leprechauness but if you can be very good looking look at dating apps. i prefer third spaces to meet others because people go to them to socialize. clubs, groups, church. there's tons where i live and i'm rural. there's clubs for everything and some are more women dominant than others like yoga hiking or meditation. they're usually bending over backwards for new blood as well so more than accommodating.
>>34781988funny how OP dismissed the only relevant replyno amount of weight loss is gonna make cold approaches better
>>34782092There's sports clubs and multiple churches nearby, also a few social clubs I've heard of for people in their 20s so I have options. Don't feel comfortable uploading any pictures of myself here but I basically just look like a typical fat guy right now with medium length curly hair. I'd like to lose more weight and get fitter before joining any kind of sports club since it would be embarrassing to show up and be completely drenched in sweat and out of breath 5 mins into whatever they're doing.
>>34782123Sorry, missed that one.>>34781988I'm don't think I'd ever be comfortable with a cold approach since I'm so autistic. I know a few people who I used to drink with all the time but since I'm losing weight, I can't drink nearly as much anymore. So I'm basically in square 1 when it comes to socializing because I'd have to meet new people who don't drink all the time
>>34781938>How do I go up to a woman who looks like picrel and be good enough at talking to her to get her interest? You don't. That person doesn't want to talk to a loser.
>>34782143if you're going to approach people and you can't solo it, find a wingman. With two people you can strategize and amp each other up with energy. This works especially well with groups where the wingman crowd controls the friends while you can solo the one female.people love to talk about themselves, so once you approach you just ask questions and sound interested.how you approach depends on the situation you're in. i don't do bars but i usually approach someone with a question. it helps to focus on a prop (something other than the person). you can ask about something they own, "where'd you get that?" or something stupid and made up like asking for directions or if they know any good places to eat.i was scared initially too but once I convinced myself that1) i'll never see this person again if all fails2) no one cares. all the shit you get self-conscious over, no one pays attention to. what can go wrong? As long as you're not picking your nose and acting legitimately creepy you're fine.I just practiced talking to the rest of society until I had the confidence to approach anyone. Now I could not care less.If you can't do this, the club will familiarize you with others that you can approach using the prop of the class to talk about.
>>34782221I know having a wingman can make it easier, and that I can initially talk about something that catches my eye in the room/what she's wearing. My main problem is, after the wingman is gone, or after I've asked the first few questions, my mind just goes blank. It's not that I feel to awkward or nervous to speak, it's that my train of thought will literally just stop and I go quiet. So I'd need to focus more on conversation flow I think, but I'm just clueless about all of that stuff.
she probably has a dozen men she's texting with, dating a couple of them at the same time, they proved themselves to be able to provide for her, why would she give a chance to a complete nobody? keep in mind she's there just to show her kinky meat
>>34782294what i did was try with strangers.get a pack of bubble gum or something cheap from a convenience store and shoot the shit with the owner.if it makes you feel better, go to the other side of town you never visit or another town/city. it's a muscle you have to develop. i was scared and worried first before i had enough real life exposure to have to use it regularly.also at some point you have to switch the conversation and offer your phone number, offer to buy them a drink, dance, go for a walk, if they want to go for coffee sometime, if they ever want to hang out. convos dont go on forever.at that point you just gotta be ready to get turned down or ghosted. but if you're doing it, you're making progress and growing.
>>34782496>and shoot the shit with the owner.About what? I got the issue as OP and generally I just manage to exchange few words about weather with some good days we manage to veer into something else for a while.
>>34783148if it's a woman, compliment something they're wearing cause they probably spent energy thinking about their outfit unlike most men.then ask how their day is going, but not in the start because everyone will just say good if you open with it. you're trying to uproot them sharing more than the bare minimum and usually the compliment unearths that.if they talk enough about either their day or their clothes, you ask a question about it... where'd you get it from? why does your day suck?like i said i usually focus on props. i'd next go to commenting on an item im buying. you can make a joke about something unhealthy like how the ice cream is for getting stoned or you can ask if some food item is good?if the line isn't busy and they seem relaxed i'll continue talking after purchasing everything.i've even put my hand on the checkout stand before to let them know i'm not wearing a wedding band, and then will ask them if they are available for coffee sometime and offer the phone number. ive even put it on the receipt they give and tear the corner off so its non confrontational.i took an improv class in high school and the only lesson i remember from it is the teacher saying people would judge us the first 30 seconds of meeting, and have a preconceived opinion on your by your manners/appearance. by the end of the 'small talk' they've probably already decided if you're repulsive or potential.it takes facing rejection, and you have to face getting shot down.
>>34783165So compliment the person about something, maybe talk about small stuff, then ask about the day and branch off from there... Yeah, I guess I can do that.Man I wish there was some talking club at high school (or I were aware of it and knew I need it), it could make my life much easier.>it takes facing rejection, and you have to face getting shot downWell, once I asked out a bank teller for a coffee, but she shot me down without calling security on me' she was even smiling, but who knows if it wasn't forced. I wasn't taking it seriously because it began as a joke about her needing to write down her number for me as she ran out of business cards.
>>34785760>Yeah, I guess I can do that.that's the right attitude brother. you got this. 8)>talking club at high schoolyeah i do too. it was much easier before smart phones, because people got bored and just chatted more often. people don't now except in specific environments, and covid exacerbated a growing problem.
