I started chatting with a married woman and feel like I’m getting cucked without even being in a relationship. I met this woman through a mutual hobby. I really like her a lot. We talk over text a fuck ton. Sometimes all day long and into the night till 3 AM. We talk about personal stuff, our hobby, but never anything crossing the line of a relationship. She made it clear at the beginning she was married, not trying to hide it at all. Sometimes when we are messaging she will say “sorry I have to go do something with X”. She doesn’t even say my husband, she calls him by his name which I thought was weird. Some days I feel like there could be a future, other days I feel like there is no hope. I get extremely disappointed and depressed when she goes and does stuff with her husband because I know i probably won’t hear from her the rest of the day. It’s a really shitty situation and feels like it’s fucking me up mentally. I don’t even know if her husband knows how much we talk to each other. Am I wasting my time here? Should I just stop replying to her? I enjoy talking to her but I want something more and there’s a good chance that will never happen here.
