I have spent several years trapped in my own mind, constantly worrying about what other people think about me, assuming everyone else is as perceptive and judgemental as myself. I have come to this simple conclusion:People are fucking stupid.I see it so clearly now. I have overestimated the average persons intelligence by an embarrassingly large amount. The vast majority of people don’t have complex layers of thought/consideration they apply in everyday social interaction. They’re fucking stupid. They take everything at face value. I hate using the term NPC but it’s really the best description I can use here.Until proven otherwise, every stranger you see is a retard.
