for years i’ve had this awful itch that spreads across my entire body whenever i’m remotely stressed or startled, like all i have to do is think about something once and it triggers it, but it happens even sometimes completely unprompted and it’s gotten to the point where i’ll literally be laying on the floor just uncontrollably scratching myself to try and soothe it. i’ve been to a dermatologist but all i learned was that maybe it’s anxiety or something. i don’t know. i think it might be seasonal, too, but it’s very inconsistent. i think i’ve gone months without it only for it to one day randomly start happening again and it’s been going for a long time since it last started up. free me

i got the flu once and had Pityriasis rosea after for 2 months.
i got the origin herald patch thats and scales around it that spread. dont remember it being too scratchy before it went away on its own
