So a couple months ago I moved into my apartment. And there's this lady that lives directly across from me. Like our doors are facing each other. The thing is, she's been claiming that I'm stalking her and looking into her windows. She's even called the cops on me.But here's the thing, I've never met this bitch before in my entire life and I've never even spoken to her. There's cameras all over the building, and we are in the fifth floor. It's virtually impossible for me to have stalked her or be looking into her windows. This is what I told the police, and the police pretty much didn't do anything to me.Is this bitch crazy or something? Like is she hallucinating this in her head? How the fuck? She's even had her brother or whatever bang on my door to try to intimidate me. She still believes I'm looking into her windows or whatever.I'm scared to think of what she's going to do next. What should I do?
>>34784889She's a run of the mill schizophrenic.Document incidents like her brother banging on your door, report her to your landlord. If he doesn't do anything about her, take it to court or move out.
>>34784895Oh I'm writing down everything with timestamps. There's a camera overlooking our doors, so it should be on video of that dude banging on my door.
>>34784935if not get a ring camera or something to document it. i'd say film it but someone in a similar thread last night said its not admissable as evidence so idk anymore. you could even hard block the window in question by nailing something over it like a curtain or similar so its clear nothing is happening.at some point if they continue though i'd consider getting a blowup doll or a mannequin and putting it in the window so it makes it look like someone is always looking cause she's obviously nuts.your choice if you want to move out because of it.speak it over with the landlord if you want to make sure you're not doing anything.guessing others know she's crazy.
>>34785082>you could even hard block the window in questionno no you don't get it our apartments are opposite each otherbut it's literally physically impossible for me to see her windowscause our windows are on a flat wall of 180 degreesI would have to grow wings in order to see into her windowwe're on the fifth floor nobody can see into our windows
>>34785112>>34785082The building is built funny. Yes our apartment doors face each other, but the bedrooms are side by side. And thus the windows on the outside.
>>34785122So it's like, you walk into the apartment door, and to your left is where the bedrooms are, and you turn left to face the bedroom, and there's my bedroom window.I assume for her apartment, it's the same but her windows are on the right.
>>34785134If you were outside on the ground, you'd see both me and her windows on the same wall. But you cannot see into them because we're on the fifth floor.
just give a paint description of it. but as you described, doesn't seem like it matters.you can't change the psycho lady. the police don't seem like they will do anything. i'd talk to the property manager to make sure they know what's going on.unless there's proof they're trying to break in or hurt you, i don't think it will go anywhere law wise.but for the psycho lady, it's not even if you can/can't see into her window, but the illusion to her that you can. there's nothing you can do to prevent that. maybe convince her family member if he was more stable but it sounds like he isn't so. time to move on, make sure your bases are clear. your property manager might be willing to take action or move you if it continues though but you gotta talk to them about it
>>34784889 Stop stalking her and looking into her windows.
>>34784889damn there's 6E interwebs now? and i thought i had it good with 5G up in this bitch...
>>34784935why the fuck didn't you open your door and hit him?
>>34785350lol I like how this frog removes its eyes and lips and becomes a regular wojack
>>34784889If she harasses you, record it on video to gather evidence. After recording several such events, you can call the police about her. They won’t arrest her, but they will encourage her to stop.If it gets really bad and you have a lot of video evidence, you can sue her for emotional distress or whatever else the lawyer can come up with.
>>34785899>sue her for emotional distressI love America
