Alright... I have mild CPTSD and mild ADHD which means im half mentally ill and it sucks ass for me and people around me. Should i just let go and be a full blown retard in this wicked wretched clown society? or... Is there a mode of living or an occupation that fits me well to treat myself without doing drugs, alcohol and ciggs?

I'm fully aware its never too late to do the right thing so... im asking... how do i fucking start?
