if you want to do it online, play gta rp or vrchat (you can play on your phone now too). people on vrchat tend to be mentally retarded but you can make a fake account you can delete whenever if you fuck up yourself (it's a low bar so you'll be fine). i'd join the pug world (since its desktop only, maybe with phone too). most the obnoxious kids on that game are on quest devices (which is why you want a desktop only world)
you can get some interesting conversation in with others that way.
