Have you thought of putting your big brain to use by coming up with a workout routine you could do in your spare time for 5 years? It's body shame if you think you can do it in a month. It looks sexier if you get it naturally through hard work. Any woman can look like a playboy model, you just have to work at it everyday. That means sacrificing three hours to it. If anything you should start off small by doing walks, then if you can do that daily then try doing a basic workout, and then you get that done you do the workouts the playboy bunnies do and then you look sexy 5 years later.
