My dad was a huge manslut that cheated on my mom with many women. Because of that I hold myself back a lot. I know if I’m not careful I’ll end up just like my dad because I jerk off a lot when I’m really bored. A lot of women are into me because I take care of my appearance, have hobbies, and not afraid to walk into a room and say hi to everyone. I don’t want to hook up at all, I just want to get married and boink the same girl for the rest of my life.My issue is I have a really hard time approaching women bc of mindset. If I approach, I have the mindset of “I am choosing this girl out of the potential hundreds of other girls.” I can’t get into the mindset of dating multiple women at once because it feels like I’m manipulating women even if I’m just getting to know them (i am an unironic volcel). There are rare cases of women approaching me first and I go crazy for those but there’s usually something stopping me (ex. Single mom, minor, already has boyfriend, incredibly immature, etc.) I must’ve missed out on so many great women because I end up not approaching women because I don’t want to get her hopes up when I barely know anything about her. I notice most women assume if a guy talks to them they assume he must be into them so i end up making women feel bad when I have to friendzone them (and I usually do because most women really don’t put any effort at all into texting or letting you know they’re interested) How should I flip my mindset into allowing me to approach women? I want a gf because I’m horny but I really don’t wanna end up like my dad
I’m a girl, and I’ve never had a boyfriend. I’ve only ever had one close friend. My friends have had a lot of experiences with guys, and I’ve mostly just been the one listening to them talk about it. I’ve only kissed three guys in my entire life, and I’ve never had sex with any of them.I really want to know what it’s like to fall in love with someone, but every time I try to get to know a guy, I end up feeling pretty disappointed. I tend to be very distrustful of men and assume the worst, and honestly, I’m rarely proven wrong. I just want to be with someone where there’s mutual respect.I didn’t really start talking to guys until I was 17, and even then, I never got particularly close to any of them. I think I was really frustrated by the way they seemed to view me. A lot of the time, it feels like they’ll say whatever you want to hear just to get you into bed, and that honestly makes me uncomfortable. I genuinely want to have chemistry with someone and be able to show them that I’m actually interested in them as a person.I’m scared of losing my virginity to the wrong guy, because I feel like that would mess with me mentally for a long time. I’m not opposed to meeting guys or getting to know them, but sometimes I feel like the more guys I meet, the less hope I have that they’re actually capable of being genuinely interested in a woman.
>>34824923>they’ll say whatever you want to hear just to get you into bedWaiting until marriage for sex is the way to go. It filters out all such types, especially the more dangerous variety of men who genuinely confuse their lust for actual interest in you as a person: the kinds of men who will happily date and sleep with a woman for years only to get bored or lose interest.
>>34824923It sucks that you’ve been struggling. I hope you find your match. You are not wrong for waiting and don’t feel pressured like you have to. Move at your own pace I’ve never had sexual experience with women either. If I had normal parents I wouldn’t have this issue. but it’s mostly just because of fear. Most women my age already have experience. I can tell because some of them know the right words to say when flirting. but those aren’t the ones I want. The ones that are too shy to approach aren’t the ones I want either. I’ve genuinely only met one girl who was the perfect in between and the rest have been me making the first move and getting lucky in finding a girl that actually puts in effort to let me know they like me. but it’s never worked out yet. maybe one day I’ll find that unicorn
These days, it looks like dating should be approached very carefully.
>>34824766>I end up not approaching women because I don’t want to get her hopes up when I barely know anything about herDon't be so arrogant and patronising. The purpose of dating is to find out whether you like someone or not. Women understand that just fine, and they're just as likely to dump you after the first date as you are to dump them.
>>34825516> Women understand that just fineThey do not lol. Most women are not on dating apps at all. There are plenty of women who aren’t active on social media and don’t have a roster of 10 guys talking to them. I’ve met several
