Personally I would say buy less food, so there is less to eat.

Ozempic and other GLP-1s work as well as they do for weight loss partly because they literally trick your body into being less interested in food. Talk to a doctor about it, don't just take advice from random internet strangers.

Yeah get addicted to gaming instead and forget to eat food
Although the food you do eat will probably be shite so you'll still get the bad effects anyway

You have to cut out sugar. Slowly cut it out by eating high fiber high protein. If you can manage that slowly your blood sugar will regulate and you'll start eating healthier. But u gotta eat a lot like 100+ g protein and minimum DV fiber too. And drink 3-4 liters of water a day

Is it actually all forms of food you're addicted to, or is it (for example) just carbohydrate? If it's the latter, going full keto for a bit (less than 20g of carbs a day and at least 75% of your calories from fat) will probably stabilise things. I lost 155lb on low carb.

eat like 300g cottage cheese/day with tomatoes (for additional flavor and all the nutritional goodies that tomatoes bring)
about 2 or 3 chicken thighs grilled or boiled with various veggies, if boiled then it's essentially a soup
1 or 2 boiled potatoes and eggs, depending on size, use 1 spoonful of real 100% authentic extra vigrin olive oil as topping since it's very healthy in this amount

you'll start feeling full from all this throughout the day
if you're on a high sugar/carb diet right now (i'm pretty sure you are), the first 2 or 3 days will be a bit difficult, but after that all cravings will subside
IF during those first 2 or 3 days you can't stop yourself from digging the fridge, then just keep eating thighs and cottage cheese+tomato until you're bursting full; point is that if you must feed the craving, make sure it's the food you're supposed to eat

i'm on this routine right now, it's working great, all the prediabetic symptoms went away as well

Overeaters Anonymous. Also dealing with other mental problems, but you should put the food down first, as it's hard to address any deeper issues when you're stuck in a cycle of addiction.
>>
Put the food down like others have said, but this can be a lot easier if you occupy your time.

Have you been assessed for ADHD.

I tried to start working out and eating better but I have so many issues piling up on top of that that I just don't care anymore and I just keep eating like shit. I will probably kill myself soon anyways.
