I haven't really moved before. I'm planning to move to a much warmer place. In general, I kind of shut down during the winter. It's dark, cold and I'm a lot more unhappy. I do walk my dog twice a day though but because it's cold out, we walk less. In the summer, we walk a lot more because it's nice out. Where I'm going, it will essentially be summer everyday. I think it should help me be more active. I will also be able to wear shorts almost everyday and that's going to make me happy.I mostly stay inside. I work at home. Most of my hobbies are on the computer. I don't think that stuff will be affected much. I'm hoping I will be able to get a larger room where I can have 2 computer's running at once, which will make my life easier.I don't know anyone where I'm going, but outside of people in my neighborhood, I don't know that many people here either, just people I see on walks.
Seasonal depression. For some people, using a sunlamp helps.Getting any sort of regular physical activity is also important.
>>34837054Get excited to live in a new place, but don’t expect to be a new person. Packing and unpacking are a giant pain, I just try to get it over with as soon possible. The best part about moving somewhere new is familiarizing yourself with the area, so on walks try and look around. Good luck with your move op!
