All I've done this past week is eat turbo slop and fap once or twice a day. I feel tired, sick and like a dry husk. I can barely move. Thing is, I'm not like that. Most of the time I'm fairly active, I'm into skating and going to the gym. But this past week I've allowed myself to get home after work, and if i get home after work, it's pretty much game over. I won't do anything else for the rest of the day but junk.
How do I consistently do the stuff that I want to do after work, rather that going home to waste away? I have this thing in my mind that I imagine myself so tired after work, even though I've literally done gym/skating after work thousands of times over many many years. I still imagine myself, while working, that I'm so tired and that after work I must go home to rest (I almost never rest, instead I waste myself like described)

There are only 3 ways a man changes his habits:

1. - He hits absolute fucking rock bottom
2. - He loses a woman he would have had if he was different
3. - He just tells his body "No" and he grinds through shit by pure fucking discipline
