I've romanticized psychopathy since I was a child. I always felt envious of other children who did problematic things (I felt envious because I had empathy and couldn't do the same), and because of that, I ended up committing horrible acts that made me feel bad, but unfortunately, I don't regret them. I tried to stop, but it doesn't work at all. I talked to my psychologist, and he simply ignored the subject as if it were nothing, and this is leading me to think that it really isn't a big deal. But I feel that the more I romanticize evil, the more empty and lost I feel. Any advice?
>>34845178how often are you going out to see the rest of the world or are you the still living at home type?
>>34845178You lack life experience. Work a shit job like medical assistant, see genuine suffering and death, it's not fucking pretty. Work hard against the inevitable and you will be humbled by how irreparable damage really is. That, or you will actually thrive and get paid big bucks for it.
I leave home every Friday to participate in my city's psychology group; I see the psychologist twice a week, including the group. I'm going to start going to the gym next week. I don't think that's much, I don't know. I think my life is simply boring, and that's why my mind is like this. I try to stop, I swear! I have friends, I avoid telling them or venting about it because I care, I have empathy! But this is getting too much.
>>34845178well, first off, how old are you and what horrible deeds exactly did you do?and is it a therapist or just a psychologist?
>>34845210you should share more of yourself with your friends. it sounds like you're reserving yourself to keep the image of being empathetic to the rest of society, but you're not able to roll up your sleeves and show the other side.it's fine to have a dark sense of humor.
How do I too gain the power of psychopathy? I would do anything for it
