How do I stop feeling my own emotions. Theyre either coddling me into a keeping me trapped in a state of constant comfort that is holding me back from doing anything important, or just giving me a missersble reminder that I am alone and can’t connect with anybody. If I got rid of them somehow I’m sure that I could start getting somewhere with my life

I'm not sure you can get rid of emotions this way and then get anywhere in life. If you get rid of all of your feelings... you will get rid of your motivation to do things, too. Correct?

Got to find a way to use them to motivate you, probably. Cultivate the useful ones, even negative ones, that push you in a particular direction. From pain people decide to do things to get away from it. From pleasure people can do things to seek more of it, like how they get addicted to drugs. I guess I'm saying you should instead try to list your emotions and figure out which are harness-able for useful purpose.

get old, but by that point you don't give a shit about anything.
if you're about to enter a stressful moment, practice box breathing, use a nicotine patch or pregame with a little liquor depending on your self-control.

This is a fucking stupid thing to ask for. Your emotions are telling you important things.

What you want is to stop your emotions from controlling your actions. You have to start by actually listening to and understanding your emotions. In fact, I doubt you really understand what emotions are to begin with. You seem to be describing chronic depression, which isn't actually an emotion.

You will never be able to stop feeling them.
What you can do is choose how you respond to them.
Allow the feelings to wash over you without resisting or ignoring them. Observe them. Reflect upon your observations.

Strive to only respond to your emotions after doing these things.

Listen to the reminder one and get out there and try again til you earn the next batch of comfort
