Long story short I want to end it all and I need some advice on how to get that mental state. I have too much self-preservation and fear and not enough hopelessness. If anyone can offer me some advice on how to get to that mental state to go through it. Thank you

Thanks. I don't use 4chan so I assume most boards are just filled with porn so I didn’t want to intrude. I'll look into it. And when I drink I just get sleepy and that's it.
