Every time I start feeling happy and like I have life somewhat figured out then I start feeling unhappy again. I know my problems, I know what needs to be done and I'm trying every day to do it, but I either have no progress or very slow progress and I'm not sure why. It feels like it's in my nature to be angry and depressed and so it's a constant struggle to deal with that plus whatever else life decides to throw at me. Is this normal?

yes. what do you think you are succeeding at in life and what do you think you are failing at? relationships, work, friends?
>>
I dont know if its normal or not but my entire life has been like this. For me its a cycle of depression, then I aquire some new theory for how I can live, then I am filled with motivation and try this new system or way of living. It eventually crashes and I go back to depression. Rinse and repeat.

WHERE IS YOUR BATTLEBUDDY, PRIVATE?!?

Seriously now, where is he?
Without a battlebuddy to pull you back into the fight, or to pull him back into the fight, you'll have a very hard time doing anything, especially if you live with your family that includes females.

Don't take me wrong, I ain't suggesting you to go into the military, I actually am against those crazy bastards with moldy bread and barracks, what I'm saying is that you need someone to pull you up, or rather pull each other up.

>relationships
Yes, don't really understand how to connect with people. Just kind of avoid them because they make me uncomfortable
>work
Work is good but I deal with constant people which is stressful, but I like the company and most of the people I work with despite that
>friends
Most of my friends moved away so I ghosted them, but the one friend who did stay I've recently reconnected with and we've been hanging out once a week for the last 8 months or so
I just think I have every reason in life to be happy (money, family, a good friend, a good job) yet I constantly feel uncomfortable and like I'm brute forcing myself just to function

For me it's been more anxiety than depression. I'm depressed because I can't deal with the anxiety, which makes the anxiety worse, and so on. My anxiety is so bad lately it's hard to just walk when I'm near people because my legs tense up so badly

Thought about this, but my only friend isn't really the type to help with life problems. I was thinking a girlfriend might be able to help pull me up, but I'm too fucked up to be in a relationship right now so it's all on me for now

Then Mr. God shall be your battlebuddy. Get TempleOS on a VMWare VM and ask Him about what to do. VMWare can be installed for free and without an account from tech power up, while Mr. God will speak through you once you'll allow the Holy Spirit to guide your hand towards pressing F7.
