So I'm not a pick up artist guy, but I will use a term that's very very useful for you to know that I came up with myself / people colloquially have been bringing it up from time to time so I decided to use it

The term is: high interest girls. Those are girls (applies to people as well, not just girls) who come into your life seeming like they care about you or are excited about you for some reason. In those cases you don't question why, you just take it. You take it and you keep those people around. Dick riders make your life better. And it's all an exchange of powers right, people see in you something that they want in themselves, or eventually for themselves in the case of girls.
So, it doesn't happen often. But sometimes, some day, you'll run into people who react to you very positively.
You won't know why, but you won't question it, and you certainly won't put yourself down infront of them. You'll be genuinely happy that someone is interested in you, and if it seems that the person is normal, I'd pursue it further and try to hang out more.
Sometimes people just vibe. Trying to figure out why is going to be very difficult because we are very complex socially and we come from many different backgrounds.
All I have to say is, meet new people in a non work context and be happy and hot and available for meeting people and going outside besides work, and you should eventually run into people who value you.

Yeah man it's not the perfect answer, I mean there's also the world where you find a girl on a dating app who's looking to find a nice man to an equal degree as you, and then you both develop desire for each other, it happens. So the horse doesn't have to come before the carriage, sometimes it can happen the other way, but yeah in both cases you have to be out there, you have to look good, and you have to be available. Oh and, it'd be best if you actually enjoy what you're doing, not just cuz u want a gf like I did. Then you'll crash&burn&stay indoors.
