Turning 23 tomorrow, aka the 23rd. It’s sent me into a bit of a panic. 23 on 23, but I’ve done nothing of real worth in my life, getting older with not a thing to show for it. I have some friends and a girlfriend, but I don’t feel particularly satisfied with the lot of it all and most of them make me sad. I promised myself that by my 20s I’d be able to read full books without my autistic brain getting distracted, and that I’d be able to draw with my artist friends without feeling embarrassed about my inferiority in comparison to them. What can I do to make this year mean something?
