Two years ago my brother was a hardcore alcoholic so he went to AA. In AA he made a friend (female) who encouraged him to stay clean (2.5 years now, good job bro). She is significantly older than him and definitely has the meth head look. Loose skin, scabs, etc. My brother is a handsome guy in his prime. Long story short they started "dating" because she convinced him he couldn't be clean without her. I'm a neet at the moment so I'm always home and I've noticed some weird shit:

>She sits out in the garage at night making jewelry out of trash in 100° heat
>She spends hours in the bathroom continously flushing the toilet or leaving the bath running and when she walks out it stinks like perfume and burning
>My dad doesn't want her around so she waits for him to leave and sneaks in with the garage code.
>Her mom kicked her out because "she doesn't like me now" even though she's like 50
>She's been spending more and more time here and spoons start to go missing
>Parents go out of town, she's on the patio. Shit absolutely reeks of burning plastic and chemicals
>I look at her through the window and she's got her eyes closed and has a face that looks like she's sucking a lemon
>I do all the dishes tonight and these are all the spoons we have left.
We've lived here 20 years and have always had 2 stacks of spoons before she showed up. I'm almost certain she's using our house to do drugs and that's the reason she's getting kicked out of hers. My brother is a saint and he's in denial because he feels like he owes her for saving him. I've said something before but my parents told me not to get involved because it's not my house and they don't want my brother to relapse.
What do I do bros? Can I call the cops? She took my gun from me when I was drunk and I'd really like to get it back. But I'd give it all up to get her the fuck out. Mom is going to flip when she sees there's only 2 teaspoons left. Hopefully now they'll believe me, but they don't get home until Wednesday.

Gun owners in a nutshell.

Yes absolutely fucking call the cops. Be aware that there’s significant likelihood that your brother is using again too, no matter how hard it might be to believe that. If this woman convinced him he literally cannot be clean without a 50 year old meth mommy then she can probably convince him to get high.
Yeah the spoons alone is enough that it’s a problem. She stole your fucking gun too, though. That’s a real fucking legal issue for her.
You can call the cops IMMEDIATELY about the stolen gun by a former addict and get her life fukt. What I would do personally, however, is watch her for when she re-ups on her drugs. You’ll know because use will slow down as she runs out and then immediately pick back up when she buys more. When she gets her new fat sack and is high as fuck, that’s when I’d get the cops to show up too. She’ll be fucked up, won’t resist as well, and will dig her own grave right there as she has to answer for a stolen gun with the nod. Also she’ll have her drug sack and get rekt for that too.
I’m serious when I say your brother has at least a 50% shot of getting arrested here too. You may not have seen him high so blatantly but he’s the one who would hide it from you specifically. Hope your brother is clean. Don’t listen to anybody telling you to go out of your way to get this gross bitch help or therapy or something. That is not your problem at all. She is an addict in your home and a thief to you personally.

This and she definitely has priors. When you call, give cops her first and last name. They’ll know who they’re dealing with and what to look for.
>>
>>34856130
Do I need to catch her in the act? Are cops even allowed to come and randomly search/ drug test her. I don't own the property so I legally can't tell her to leave.
>>
>>34856179
If she still has the gun registered to you then you have every right to report it as stolen and say who took it. Having stolen a gun with priors is going to be maximum fuckarino’d for her. She’d have to get a gigafeminist judge to get off without jail time there. The drugs will just be cherry on top since the gun shit will be the serious portion of it. Getting the cops there while she’s high is just a “fuck you” and somewhat ensures that she won’t have her story together since she’ll be all fucked up. She probably isn’t all that good at lying her way out of trouble but she will try. Being old, meth’d out looking, and with priors isn’t going to get her any “woman privilege” from the cops. Maybe when she was 30 years younger she could have cried her way out of it.

Best way to find out her last name without alerting my brother? I'm not going to go through her shit.
>>
>>34856206
Wait I just realized, I could probably look her up by her license plate, right?
>>
>>34856209
I don’t think there are any states where license plate numbers are public record tied to names. Things like her mom’s address (if you know the place she got kicked out of), googling her phone number, social media (she’ll probably be a suggested friend on something or other. Probably check Facebook since she’s a 50 year old lady kek)
Hell, if she’s been living with you for a while you might be able to Google your own address and find her listed as a resident on one of those weird sites that just lists everything about everybody.
I really don’t like how easy it is to find this much info about each other online but it works out in your favor here, probably.
>>
>Call cops
>"Yeah, I am pretty sure this person staying at my address is smoking meth"

And you aren't doing this because?
>>
>>34856247
It's not technically my address, it's my parents. I have no say in who comes and who goes. And like I said, if I reported that, what could they actually do? You just can't point at anybody and say they're on drugs and have them searched and tested... Especially on private property... Can you? Also, if my brother gets pissed and leaves and cuts off communication with our family or relapses, I'll be blamed for breaking the family apart. My dad is too much of a pansy to stand up and say something because my brother is strong and my dad relies on him for physical labor and repairs and my mom just doesn't want to cause any trouble. They've begged me to stay out of it but I think it's gone on long enough. Teaspoons are my favorite because I can get all the yogurt out of the cup but now there's never any teaspoons!

It was kind of stolen but not really. I was really out of it one night and was threatening to blow my brains out. I held the rifle straight up and held it out to her. She took it and said she was going to put it away until I was better. I've been sober for a week now and seeing what's happening around me is making me just as sick as detox was. Maybe I should ask for it back first and if she doesn't give it back or just ignores me then I can report it stolen.

>>
>>34856103
my first guess is she's using to spoons for heroin. you use a bic to heat the spoon with the drugs in it then suck it up with the noodle
whatever is happening sounds like a health hazard. i'd very carefully see if there are needles in your trash. whatever she is taking your brother may be on as well
if you can find any proof of hard drugs, you can call the cops privately and let them in. they may be able to act like it's just a wellness check from a neighbor that saw something on the patio
>>

My neighbor is a sheriff that has his own security company so that is totally viable. Thanks for the advice.

Move out

Get him to relapse then that's proof the woman is not the solution to the alcoholism
