How to quit 4chan(and many other bad habits) if I don't have any kind of healthy social outlet nor the time to find one since I became a wagie who works 70 hours a week?

>no time
You need time period. Reduce workweek to 40 or less hours. boomers like you end up in sunday running groups on facebook, or being cucks at the gym. If work allows it you talk with coworkers and make plans with them, though if they're assholes they will bring drama into the workplace and HR.

Quit one or two of the other bad habits first while you brag about it on 4chan.

I tried and it doesn't change anything. You are here until you die.

>boomers like you
Man, I'm 23.
>If work allows it you talk with coworkers and make plans with them
It does, but, I've always had a hard time relating to coworkers since they were often all 30+ and only talk about sports, social media, sex, gossip or politics.
>though if they're assholes they will bring drama into the workplace and HR.
That has been my experience so far, especially when the workplace was mostly females.

Changing this will improve your life so much it can’t be measured.

Do whatever you can to do this, if you need the money, move into a cheaper place so you don’t need the money.
70 hours a week is only good if it’s your own business, otherwise you are out of your mind.

Honestly, I've largely checked out with my hobbies of riding bicycle (embrace pre-2k riding around for shits and giggles), working out, anime, and reading. You probably have a library collecting dust at the moment. If you don't have a library, get one. And read it. A lot of today's drama slop is shit that's been experienced decades, if not centuries, beforehand. Know the signs and symptoms, become a doctor of history, immunize yourself against the stupid pathos bullshit.
