So I live in an apartment, and my neighbors are always arguing and throwing stuff at each other, and sometimes they do this outside in the parking lot and I can hear them there as well. Loud for everyone to hear. Always the female yelling the loudest.Is this a bad sign and that I should move? Ten years ago, the apartment I lived in, the dude that lived next to me had his ex girlfriend try to kill him by setting the whole building on fire.
There's usually going to be some bumping of elbows in apartment living. If there's nothing the agents can do about your concern and their screaming, then it's up to you if you feel like moving.
