So I live in an apartment, and my neighbors are always arguing and throwing stuff at each other, and sometimes they do this outside in the parking lot and I can hear them there as well. Loud for everyone to hear. Always the female yelling the loudest.

Is this a bad sign and that I should move?

Ten years ago, the apartment I lived in, the dude that lived next to me had his ex girlfriend try to kill him by setting the whole building on fire.

There's usually going to be some bumping of elbows in apartment living. If there's nothing the agents can do about your concern and their screaming, then it's up to you if you feel like moving.

Sheesh. I doubt it'll get that bad this time.

Call the police and lodge a noise complaint with them the next time they do this after the sun is down.

>after the sun is down.
wtf does that actually legal?

You can call the non-emergency line any time of day to complain about them, but your best chance to get them to quickly show up and tell your neighbors to kindly shut the fuck up is later in the day, after dinner.

keep calling the cops on them, say it sounds like someone's getting hit.
Every time they are loud, cops legally have to investigate it.

You can call non emergency to also figure out what noise ordinance hours are for your area. Usually they run from sunset to sun rise.

OP here, this >>34870040 guy isn't me. But my god, this place bothers me.
I always see police responding on this block at least once a week.
Heck, as I'm typing this, there's cops with lights on across the street.

If it disrupts your sleep or something consecutively then tell them to quieten down

>consecutively
what about concurrently?

concordantly?
