Has anyone here successfully lied their way into a job, faking their education and so forth? In what fields is it still possible to do this, and how? I don't want to die a FUCKING loser, man, but pushing 30 it may be too late.

Yes. It works.As long as the lie is believable enough and they can't properly verify that you're lying.

Not to assume too much about you OP, but you could probably explain not having a job until now, with some kind of mental health problem. People will tend to understand and not push further. Try to listen more than you speak at work and you should be okay.
