i sleep during the morning because I have energy to stay up during night, and wake up during the day, worst case scenario, i wake up during the evening when half of the day is aleardy over. How do i actually feel tired and sleep at night like all the other normal people do?

1) stay awake for at least 36 hours
2) go to bed when you want your bed time to be
3) repeat step 2

don't take naps, don't use electronic devices for at least 45 minutes before bed.
read paper books or something.

yes, it requires discipline.

Manual labour

you cant force tiredness, best way is just to wake up at the time you want to wake up at
youll become tired at exactly the right moment you need to be asleep at

Normal sleep whenever they want. Not at night. Kids sleep at night because they have school in the morning. The only way to fix it is by staying up until the next night.

This is what's worked for me.

the biggest factors dictating your inner clock are food intake, light exposure and other daily habbits.
you will just have to resist your habbits and stop eating late, take a fat dose of melatonin and go to bed earlier, wake up earlier and manage your exposre to bright screens (aka turn them fucking off late in the evening or use blue light filters)

fuck this advice, fuck sleep deprivation and fuck you for suggesting to become sleep deprived, dumb faggot.

for me >>34872386 didn't work.
bc when i tried repeating step 2 it didn't work.
and i ended up returning to the bad schedule.
since i noticed my bedtime kept drifting 2 hrs from previous cycle.
i let myself go to bed when my body really is about to fall asleep and wake up when it naturally wakes up even if it meant i had to sleep 12 hrs straight.

naturally, i stayed up many hours more at first but eventually it settled down to a more regular sleep cycle early at night.

idk if it will also work for others but just letting ur body do its work is one way.

if you dont have anywhere to be aka NEETing its hard to keep a "good" aka socially accepted sleep schedule

you can't change when you wake, only when you sleep.
