Anyone ever sprung back from sleep interrupting anxiety? I don't live a stressful life, but since my dog died 3 months ago I can't stay asleep for a full night. I managed to calm the shaking and cramps that I was having for the first month but I still wake up every morning at 3AM, google says it's because cortisol starts being produced around then so stressed people jolt to attention. I just want to go back to being calm, any tips would be appreciated.

spending at least 2-3hours a week in a quiet forest will calm you. long nature walks will calm you. nature in general.
meditation.

Summon the spirit of your dead dog and communicate to its ghost your last words you didn't get the chance to say
