Anyone ever sprung back from sleep interrupting anxiety? I don't live a stressful life, but since my dog died 3 months ago I can't stay asleep for a full night. I managed to calm the shaking and cramps that I was having for the first month but I still wake up every morning at 3AM, google says it's because cortisol starts being produced around then so stressed people jolt to attention. I just want to go back to being calm, any tips would be appreciated.
