How do I move on from what I saw? I saw something extremely bad and ever since, my life has been a lot worse. There are some moments I forget, then I can laugh easier and say this more boisterous thing, and then I remember and I can feel like fishing hooks are pulling my eyes down. And my eyes become ripe with tears. I have been crying, but most of the time tears just swell behind and can't leave. I also feel a strange sickness in my stomach, and my throat. Even if I can momentarily forget, I don't believe my heart can ever become untainted because of what I saw. I have been staring off on to the distance with really wide eyes a lot, and suddenly stopping my movement, then staying still. Just thinking about this, how my heart and my soul lost light ever since this encounter. I need help.
