I would actually say OP pic has the potential to he handsome. Yes he is ugly now because he is completely unkempt, but if he just shaved his head, trimmed his beard, he'd look alright.

So many times I see dudes who have genuinely good faces but are unkempt, overweight, or whatever, and it ruins so much of their potential.
