I'm in a weird spot where I have completely sacrificed my social life for financial success. I'm gonna turn 21 in a few weeks and I've spent a good few years now starting my own business remotely, I live in the UK and I am on track to making mid six figures by next year, I never went to university. The only problem is that I don't really meet any new people, ever. I can run my business practically without talking to anyone, and for a while I was completely fine with this, but now I'm at a stage where I need to find a woman who I can be with long term, or even just new friends, I need a social life. I had a girlfriend five years ago, and I haven't had sex since then. I have hobbies but they are highly individualistic (music, photography, illustration)

What steps should I take from here on out? I am unbelievably reclusive, independent and introverted, which makes it difficult to find anybody who can relate to me out in public or anything. I'm not autistic, and my social skills actually aren't terrible, I just simply can't find anybody I can connect to on a deeper level, I am not interested in the vast majority of people and they aren't interested in me. I play multiplayer games and meet people there occasionally but I feel like I'm too old for that shit now, everyone is younger than me.

Building a social existence from the ground up is notoriously difficult, especially for someone with my temperament - I know I am retarded for living like a neet for most of my life but I still have some hope I can right my wrongs.

thats just how it is
so whats your question? theres no "fix me" button

So, I'd make your moves now and take baby steps on them. Right now you're feeling an overwhelming urge to solve your problems NOW, but really that's your nervous system telling you that there is danger, or a problem, and the only signal it can send to you is "Solve Now"

So you have to play that and make it go away by developing a plan. I'd write down your goals. The journaling method helps me. You use a notebook, and you start each year (you start today) by writing 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, six months, 1 year, with spaces. Then you put goals in each of those spaces. So maybe you have a girlfriend in 3 months, or you have friends in six months. Rip that page out

Ok, now take your notebook, and write a goal on the top of the page, and a projected end date, so Nov 29, 2026. Skip three pages, write another goal, same thing. Now go back to your first goal and write out five things you can do for each step.

Let's talk about getting a woman in your life.

Goal: Get a GF in three months.

Current major items:

Dating Profile -- 3 weeks
get decent clothes -1 week
take photos for dating profile
write up bio about myself

And just keep adding details and tracking everything.

>I am not interested in the vast majority of people and they aren't interested in me

Well, get interested in people, buckaroo.

People are actually quite interesting. Try to be more open rather than closed up. If you act superior and aloof people are not going to want to hang out with you. Pretend to be interested to gain freinds. That's it. Tough titties.

I think for the social life, people don't tell you how. Meetups are the thing people talk about, and I would join one for the hobbies, but what separates people who gain something from a meetup group vs people who say it was a flop is consistency. You have to suffer through probably several months and eventually you'll find out the meetup group has a core group of regulars and you'll be invited into their circle.
