If you're using condoms, the chances of catching HIV are effectively zero. Herpes and HPV can be passed skin to skin (although it's rare, unless there's an active wart or blister) but HIV can't. For that, you have to be exposed to body fluids, and not just saliva: blood, vomit, vaginal lubrication, that kind of thing. Even if you somehow do contract HIV it is treatable these days: you won't get sick or die. (Although the drugs are expensive and have side effects). If you're really worried about HIV exposure then you can get post-exposure prophylaxis - a cocktail of drugs that will stop you catching it - but that has to happen within a day or two of being exposed for it to work.

For future reference, that's precisely the kind of situation where you should consider post-exposure prophylaxis.

But honestly, the risk is still very low. The woman-to-man transmission risk for HIV from vaginal sex isn't very high (although if one - or especially if both - of you has some other STD as well it goes up sharply, and anal sex is particularly risky). And prostitutes who always use condoms are actually a much lower risk for STDs than some slut you met on Tinder who doesn't use them.

So, by all means get tested, but the chances of you having caught HIV are very low. And, as I said before, even if you do get it, it's treatable: the drugs reduce the viral load to the point where you can't infect anyone and have no symptoms.

I should also say, in case you don't know, there are two different viruses that cause herpes. HSV1 is quite mild, and a lot of people have it - probably at least half the population. It's what causes "cold sores" around the mouth. HSV2 is less common, but much more serious if you have an outbreak: that's the one that'll have you in so much pain you can't get out of bed. Both are incurable, and both can sometimes be transmitted even if you're using a condom. Condoms reduce the risk a lot, but they don't eliminate it (unlike with HIV). And probably the majority of people who have either form of herpes don't know they have it.
