I saw an infographic a long time ago about how you can cure nearsightedness by wearing an eye patch for part of the day. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Any info about doing eye exercises to improve vision?

Nh uh, there is no exercises that can fix it as far as I know.

It makes the one eye exercise more. Yeah, I heard that too. idk. Try.

just try it. i think those goofy pinhole glasses were supposed to as well.
i went 5 years without glasses to see if it fixed anything. don't know if it worked but my prescription has been the same for 15+ years now.

It wouldn't make sense; it's a physical issue. The only things you can train are the muscles (the cells multiply) and the brain (brain connections). Or you can improve your overall health by eating and exercising (metabolism). But the eye problem is more structural; it's simply an unsolvable defect.
I remember that patch was used to see in the dark. You'd adapt one eye to the darkness and use it in those conditions. Although the eye adapts on its own in a few minutes, it's simply to avoid that time.

Depends on your age, and the actual problem.
Nobody on this site is young enough for it to work.
