HELP ME PLEASE. i cant afford a doctor visit and due to the nature of my job i have not eaten in the past 2 days so i dont have any poop to help push it out. im deathly afraid that maybe it has gone so far up my tract and into my stomach that it could puncture one of my internal organs. im having a panic attack and hyperventilating right now because worst of all this happened live in front of 8 of my highest paying viewers. im so ashamed and embarrassed.
