What is going on? The only thing I can think off is that I scream at home, but this is the first time this happened to me.

I do not scream at home and my cat is extremely affectionate pretty much at all times. There are still mornings here and there, though, where she doesn’t greet me or seem to want to hang out. I just leave her alone and usually she’s fine later on in the day. There’s really nothing different about those mornings but she has cat stuff going on I guess.If your cat continues to act unusually over the course of 2 or 3 days without going back to normal, get them a checkup at the vet.
