I found a fucking tracker on my car.
My narcissist manipulative parents have been monitoring me for I don't know how long.
I don't know what to do at this point. I'm freaking out.
>>
just sue them, or before that go to the police and tell then you've found a tracker in your vehicle, they'll know what to do
>>
Go to the police, call a non-emergency hotline if you want instead. Tell them what you found and file a police report. Then get yourself a restraining order/order of protection. Be aware that in order for it to go into effect in many places, you have to serve it to the person. Different places have rules on how this works, but it does mean they need to know about it and they will probably flip out at you.

How did you find it?

It's actually their car, isn't it?

Being followed is maddening. A middle schooler in my city recently killed himself after his aunt followed him to his girlfriend's house using a tracker. Don't be like him, try to be calm and set some boundaries.
