I'm an American. I use a 7 year old iPhone 11 Pro with a shot battery. Why do you need a new iPhone? Has yours stopped making calls, taking texts or otherwise not functioning? I don't know how the market is in russia but here you can usually find a 2-3 generation old iPhone for a huge discount. I bought mine cash from Swappa and put a new case and screen protector on it. It's been a good device other than iOS 26 slowing it down (should have stayed on 17)

They also come with an invoice/receipt, which is not the case for things you buy on facebook marketplace. The word "refurbished" is intended to mean "inspected, cleaned, repaired, and parts replaced", but almost nobody does that. It's just companies selling used items which may or may not have been repaired. At most they just have replaced batteries.
