My dad is putting me in charge of running his company. He's going to be overseeing me but I'm basically going to be in the cockpit since he wants to retire soon. I'm 26 years old and worked as an assistant manager for 4 years after graduating.One thing I noticed was people take long bathroom breaks. I have a feeling many people are using their phones on the toilet since it's the only spot with privacy. If we remove the stalls, not only will people be less inclined to shit since it's more uncomfortable, but they won't be able to get away with long phone sessions.As far as I can see there's no laws this violates, and even if it did violate the law the DOJ and Dept of Commerce isn't really enforcing labor laws anymore. Would I be able to do this to improve efficiency, legally speaking?
