>pic unrel, couldn't find something else.>trying to be as brief and clear as possible in my writingI am a neurodivergent 26 year old. I got ADHD, probably autism, and I don't have friends. I had an online gaming group that I used to game with daily but I left them and self-isolated after a traumatic IRL event in 2016. I became isolated since, and now I have no friends. On top of that, due to that trauma, I graduated from HS late and got stuck in a few courses in college, so I will graduate in early 2028 at the age of 28.I tried to wing it and add random people on Steam to start a friend group again but after I chat for a bit I sperg out and they'd delete me. I also feel anxious.I am a virgin and I plan to "launch" and start my life after I graduate in 2028 since I can't do anything else now. What to do to become a normie by 2028?
>Trying my hardest to stay brief and not blogpostI got severely depressed and rotted in bed intermittently for the past decade, but after going to a psychiatrist who gave me some meds 2 years ago I eventually recovered and started being functional again. However, the little social skills I had have atophied further and I don't even have hobbies. Aside from studying, I watch YouTube, without it, i'd be staring at a wall. What hobbies to get?
>>34902489ok so i actually am in almost an identical situation as you, also mid twenties, also isolated myself (mostly due to long term illness, traumatizing in its own way i guess), and am going to be finishing my undergraduate degree in my late twenties. honestly i have to credit antidepressants for how i was able to bounce back, i know many people on here are very averse to them but buproprion is treating my depression and adhd at the same time. my advice is to not wait any longer. there is no moment when you will feel normie enough and you will never feel okay or confident enough. you have to launch yourself now despite feeling inadequate. and the more you put it off the scarier it all becomes. actually the feeling of being normie enough comes after you have socialized and made friends. since you're in university, consider joining some groups or clubs. or find ways to post about wanting to hang out or play video games together. just an example, but my school has its own subreddit and i see posts asking if anyone wants to hang out pretty regularly. like yeah im kinda cringing at that but i always see people reply
