I want to help solve or solve this case that was brought to my attention by my fiance. The similar case is a missing woman who also went missing from North Dakota. They occured close together timing wise and location wise. The women even resemble each other, which could just be coincidence, but it certainly caught my attention. Could there be a serial killer responsible for both women having gone missing?How would you go about gathering information to solve this?

I noticed the second missing person case under the image section during a google search. They look similar, both disappeared in August, and both cases are within a short driving distance of each other. Jamestown isn't far from Bismarck and lot of people go back and forth between the two.

Serial killers are marked by a compulsive desire to kill and wouldn't wait such a long time in-between murders.As for advice, I would go and check unidentified corpses between 1994 and now at morgues. If she died and her body was found, there is a decent chance that she got labeled a Jane Doe and buried that way, without the mortician realizing she was this missing person
