Be me, 26M, graduate in CS, PhD candidate at a good uni, but I fn can't work during the day, my mind just stops processing info when I'm doing anything, I just stay in a blank state for the whole day and then get a shot of stress when my advisors ask for progress. I spent all my phd working during the night bc that's the only time when I can do something but now after 2 years even that doesn't work anymore. It's been a few months I produced nothing and I'm afraid it will be like this for my whole career. Now I'm just constantly stressed and even my hobbies became uninteresting because I feel bad about work
How can I fix myself ?

see a psych

blood work to check for deficiencies, gym, and stimulants

already did for 6 months, didn't help

could that merely be explained by blood deficits ? I'm doing endurance training about 7h a week so I'm physically active. Tbh I'm not keen on taking any medication

sometimes absolutely yes, though you are a male and are far less prone to nutritional deficiency or hormonal imbalances than women.

Try fixing your dopamine intake
