If I stay 10 minutes after work and clock out later does that become an extra hour of pay after a week?
>>
i mean assuming a 6 day workweek yeah
you'd make a shitton more money getting a better job and education than trying to minmaxx the wageslave system

You'd want to stay 12 mins after each day, but it depends if your boss is going to count it. Most people are already packing their shit 10 mins before work ends so I doubt the average is gonna offer a penny of ot unless you have a good relationship and a hard worker.

uhh yeah I was trying to get a part time wagie job then apply to some classes after summer
BUT THOSE FUCKERS WOULDNT HIRE ME UNTIL SUMMER ALMOST ENDED FUCK YOU

I clock out on my phone
sometimes I have an extra 2 minutes of work :p
>>
>>34907166
Only if you're permitted by your employer to take that extra time.
>>

No. It only counts as overtime if your boss signs the extra time as a request.

People work overtime to hold onto a competitive position (which sounds fucking stupid now that I think about it), mostly because they need the accreditation of having worked that position for some time in order to escalate to a management post where they do jackshit and just order people to get the work done by any means necessary.

Yes.
