Are you wanting online friends or irl?
For irl join a social group focused on an activity like hiking or yoga
For online same formula. Theres groups for specific games in /vg/ albeit youre usually dealing with a lot of retarded drama
/soc/ also has sfw breads for friending others. I think they have a couple discord groups for it too. Online friends are usually low quality so unless theres a shared interest in the group things usually wont go anywhere like it might irl.
