Hello. I've been on a mission towards actualizing my fullest potential in life but i've encountered something that I dont know how I should feel about on my journey and I figured I would ask you guys your opinions.

When I study things, or excercise I tend to go to what I feel is my exhaustion point, but my vitality seems so low to where I cant tell if Im truly exhausted or if im just being a bitch. When I push myself past that point I usually end up fatigued for longer than if i had just not done anything, but when i'm fatigued the only things I really have to do are watch youtube and tv which i have begun to loathe. I wish I could just study and train and continually work towards my goals but my vitality doesnt seem to cooperate. I suppose the advice Im looking for is whether or not this is something I should address directly or If i should just accept that it will improve on it's own in time and work with what i have available. c

Can you give an example where your exhaustion point is reached? Like are you only able to walk a mile before exhaustion or 10?
Theres no harm in taking breaks and doing things in reps especially when building on your potential. If you push yourself physically theres a chance you'll end up hurting yourself which will severely handicap your potential. Are you fat? Youre not giving a lot to go on so need more of a read on your situation anon.
The first thing id look at for energy is what your eating habits are. What are they?

i'll do a muay thai class and a boxing class back to back for roughly 2 hours and them im wiped out for two days. Ideally would like to be able to do such things day after day. Currently i operate martial arts day rest day Excercise which is currently weighted calisthenics rest day Martial arts rest day on a cycle like that.

I just really really do not enjoy resting.

My diet is OK I guess. I mostly just eat whatever I want but I make sure to eat spinach and fruit with every meal. I cook frequently but ill also have some junk food bullshit frequently.
